Every mold is designed in 2D assembly and detailed component drawing as well as 3D assembly drawing, providing complete 2D & 3D drawings for tooling and manufacturing and ensuring proper assembly of all components.

Using high speed & high precision CNC, EDM, Wire cut machine to make mold components, most of mold component without fitting, all dimension make by machining, also we use CMM inspect component to double checking to ensure every dimension on every components are correct, so we canguaranteeour mold quality and mold lead time.
